Wouldn't say Ultra Easy! Mar 30, 2009
By SicilyJo I'm new to Sudoku and wanted something that would truly be ultra-easy. The puzzles are not ultra-easy. They are more "challenging/hard" easy (hope this makes sense). For an absolute beginner, this may not be the best first book to purchase. The book I found to be the biggest help with approaches to solving these kinds of puzzles is "Easy Sudoku for Everyone" by Carol Vorderman. Very thorough explanations of tips and tricks as you work your way through very easy to tough puzzles.

This is a great book of Sudoku. This is a large book of 300 sudoku puzzles to please any addict of puzzles. The puzzles live up to their name. ALL of the sudoku are ultra easy. This book was designed by Will Shortz, the top expert on Sudoku Puzzles. He works for the New York Times.
This is a large book with big printing.
All of the answers are in the back of the book so you can take a peek if you wish. Guess what?
No one will snitch on you. I sometimes look, too. Very Funny. I have never seen the Sudoku police chasing anyone. Have a relaxing time and enjoy yoursef!

When Sudoku became a big craze across the country, I became inquisitive. A friend explained to me once on how this number puzzle works and how to play. Then I just happened to see this book at Border's bookstore by Will Shortz which claimed to be "ultra easy" since I was a novice learner to this number puzzle. I bought this book and tried solving some Sudoku puzzles at the comfort of my own sofa. All I can say is that I enjoy every page or every puzzles I encountered. I was hooked because every time I solved one Sudoku problem from this book, I was tempted to do some more. One Suduko puzzle from this book leads to another, and another, and another; non-stop! Darn, I've just started to become a Sudoku player and now I'm addicted! Thanks Will Shortz!
