I am ill and spend most of my time sitting in a chair watching tv. It is so nice to have Sudoku to exercise my brain and entertain me. I prefer the easy to medium puzzles. These books start off easy and move to moderate... you do notice the difference. Though most are easy. I've even bought these books several times because, unlike crossword puzzles, you don't remember answers when doing the same puzzles.
