4Bonus Points for the Well-Written "How To" Text  Jun 18, 2007

This book provides a good introduction and an even better "how to" for solving AND enjoying Sudoku -- perfect for those who are intrigued by these puzzles but who feel stymied by the ones printed in newspapers, where only basic solving requirements (but no solving strategies) are provided.

Priced at only $6.95, there are 100 puzzles within, ninety in a "Light and Easy" format and the final ten of "Moderate" difficulty.

One Sudoku is printed per page; grids are generously sized at 4.25 sq in. The numbers are large and easy to read.

My only complaint is that I wish the book were spiral-bound; however, I don't think this will impede most solvers and it's easy enough to photocopy individual puzzles and work on a clipboard or another surface.
