After reading "Crossworld" I got interested in the NYT puzzle. I wasn't sure which level--Monday is the easiest, Saturday the most difficult--would be the one for me, so I picked up this book cheaply to get a full range of all the days of the week. Turns out I am very suited to Wednesday. Monday is way too easy for me -- it's just a chore filling out the squares, Tuesday takes me a bit longer but still doesn't feel like a real challenge. Wednesday is ideal --sometimes I finish, sometimes I give up. I'm hoping as I learn more of those obscure words that always pop up time and again that I will advance to Thursday and beyond!

A slight picky thing some of you might care about: this book is a regular large paperback with a spine, not spiral bound, and the paper is more newspaper/pulpy type than the smooth white I prefer.
