The New York Times Daily Crossword Puzzles Volume 72: 50The New York Times Daily Crossword Puzzles Volume 72: 50The New York Tim Aug 31, 2006
By Sally I bought this for my mother who is an avid crossword fan. She reports that she is really enjoying it. It is hard enough to challenge her, but still doable.

Good intermediate puzzle book. Jun 30, 2011
By GS This is a very good intermediate book; not too hard but hard enough to be interesting. If there's another one in this series, I will buy it.

This is mid-level. I have done puzzles from the Sunday NYT vol. & from the easy NYT vol. These are not too hard and not too easy. Been doing puzzles for about a year. NYT book is nice looking, easy to use with its spiral binding. It is letter size, making the puzzles easier to read.

The NY Times offers cleverly constructed puzzles - nearly always error-free - that exercise the mind. I wouldn't be without them.
I love puzzles... Jan 07, 2009
By G. South The book is fine - some of the puzzles are fun and challenging while others are not. Some of the clues are pretty far-fetched while some are clever,...but since I like to do crosswords, this book is fine. I still prefer the Sunday magazine section puzzles above all the books out there.
