Incorrect Answers Feb 07, 2008 Some of the answers to the questions are incorrect or make no sense at all. It is very frustrating. You wonder, how did this book get published with so many obviously wrong answers. The author also takes the time to explain some of the answers and how they are arrived at, but rest assured they are the easy ones that anyone with half a brain could get and the ones that are somewhat challenging will just have a one number answer, which in some cases is completely wrong.
However, it is still fun for passing time while on the pot. And my girlfriend and I do enjoy over-analyzing each problem and complaining about the author's inability to correctly answer the questions that he creates!
So go ahead and enjoy ...the frustration and agony of not knowing whether or not the answer you spent so many minutes deducing is truly wrong or if the author just wrote down some random number to push you to the bounds of insanity and beyond!

Wrought with errors Feb 28, 2006 While some of the puzzles give enough information to solve them and some of the answers are correct, a great number of answers are incorrect or the puzzle doesn't give enough information to arrive at an any answer, much less the one given.
Case in point. I paraphrase so as not to spoil it: Question says people "were planning" to hand items out at a party. The items are consumed, it explains. Then asks "how many" of the items "did they take" to the event. The answer should be 0 as they consumed them all, but the book's answer states how many they "would have brought" or how many they started with. One, the answer and question don't match. Two, given the lack of info on the starting number and the use of 'half' etc, there can be multiple answers for what they started with. The question was how many they took. This book needs major editing.
For a man who is brilliant, he or the publisher should have made sure the questions were thorough and the answers accurate. Frankly I'm dissapointed in the book and do not recommmend this book.

Fast and Fun Puzzling Apr 04, 2005 I love this book! All those who enjoy puzzles will love the format of this book - which are short puzzles that require nothing but a little brainpower to figure out.
Many of the puzzles you can't figure out will have you slapping your forehead and shouting, "Of COURSE!" when the answer is revealed. That's the fun of puzzles like these, in my opinion. Add to this the wide variety of puzzles you'll find in this book - something for everyone for sure - and you'll consider this book among your puzzle book favorites. It makes a great gift too!

A must-have for puzzle lovers!! Nov 15, 2004 I picked up the "Little Book of Bathroom Brainteasers" and was pleased to find this book is filled with a wide range of very innovative and highly challenging puzzles. I was impressed by the unique puzzle content--definitely not your same old brain-teasers! This book is really a lot of fun and I very strongly recommend it for anyone who enjoys brain-teasers and puzzle solving.
