2Very Misleading  Dec 27, 2006
By E. K. Callis
I purchased this calendar to replace my 2006 Sudoku-a-day calendar. The box said that it has a puzzle a day. This is WRONG! There are only 5 puzzles a week: Monday through Friday with an answer page on a combined Saturday/Sunday page. So you are getting ripped off about 100 puzzles for the year. This was very disappointing to me. I recommend buying the Sudoku Classic 2007 Day-to-Day Calendar instead.

2I agree about it being misleading  Jan 07, 2007

I bought this as a Hanukkah present for myself this year, and was so looking forward to doing a puzzle each day as part of my morning routine--it makes my day. I waited patiently until January 1st, aware that this is the first time I would have one of those whatever-per-day calendars that I actually used every day. And then, today, Saturday, January 6, I turned the page to find exactly what the other reviewer pointed out. There is NO PUZZLE on Saturday or Sunday. Why is that? Why do other version (crosswords, etc.) have one every day, but this one doesn't? I know it's not that big a deal in life, but I do feel ripped off.

My 14-year-old son is a fan of page-a-day calendars and of Sudoku. Sudoku puzzles help him concentrate and focus. With this calendar he will be able to take a page to school and work on it during the car ride there. He is also an origami hobbyist, so he can save the square pages to make paper animals and other designs.
