Make the challenging puzzles a little easier Mar 03, 2007
Do your Sudoku's look like a number hail storm? Do you jot little numbers here and there, scratching out and writing in as you refine your reasoning?
I love Sudoku. And I love the more difficult puzzles. But if you do those at work on breaks or in snatches of time at home, a regular grid makes it hard to record your reasoning. Plus, the more info you try to jot down in the little squares in regular puzzle grids, the messier the puzzle becomes.
If you have to put a puzzle down that you've spent an hour on, the grids on this pad keep track of the numbers you have eliminated. When you get back to work on the puzzle, you don't have to start over. With this pad and a package of erasable pens, you will enjoy tackling the difficult puzzles - and you will be able to invest small amounts of time into solving a Sudoku without having to back-track (i.e."why did I think an 8 couldn't go there????")
With this pad of Sudoku Helper sheets, you transfer the number clues from any puzzle you have onto one sheet. (The puzzle sheets are blank.) Then solve the puzzle on your helper sheet. The sheets are perforated - portable - so you can slip a puzzle into a pocket to work on just about anywhere. You can even have a "do-over" with a previous puzzle that you got off track with.
