Will Shortz is a master puzzle guy, but I prefer his puzzle books to this deck of puzzle cards. Nevertheless, my wife and I have had some fun with it.

1Annoying interface, not worth it  Dec 28, 2010

This book is a series of 75 puzzles/riddles. The problem with it is that the answers are all in the back of the book, so in order to see the answer to a puzzle you have to use the "Go To" function on the Kindle and type in the page number of the answer section. Then you have to do the same thing in order to go back to the page you were on. Going back and forth likes this gets really tedious, really fast. The answers are presented in list form so if you check an answer you will see all the other answers too, which just ruins the puzzles. Basically the only way to use this book is to go through the puzzles one by one, remember all 75 puzzles and your answers, and then check the answers at the end. Completely ridiculous. The more I try to use the Kindle, the more convinced I become that it was a total waste of money. It is just so annoying to use.
