The crack cocaine of Sudoku... Feb 19, 2010 ...one puzzle and you're hooked.
And I like Mr Greene's books of addiction better than others I've had. I use a biro for these puzzles - this forces me to ensure that the number I am filling in ACTUALLY goes where I am putting it! Great fun.
Fun Kind of Sudoku Jan 09, 2010 I enjoy doing sudoku puzzles and this gave them a new twist. The puzzles are not very difficult, but with the new spin they are fun to do.
Samurai Sudoku Aug 16, 2009 I haved 2 books - need more - I finish them in about a month, I do at least 3 puzzles/day.....

More, more, said the addict Jan 09, 2009 Mr Greene, if you read your reviews, please publish more of these books. I only have two puzzles left in your second edition and I'm starting to get the shakes! It's so hard to find puzzles that are a challenge. I adore these.

As good as the first book! Jan 30, 2008 Like the first volume, Peter Greene's 2nd book of samurai sudoku puzzles is great fun! The puzzle are symmetrical and pleasing to the senses. The page size is comfortable for working the large puzzles and the paper is a good for the inevitable erasures. Very few of the puzzles leave you with several sets of pairs, which result in having to guess and check.
Mr. Greene says if you do two puzzles a week, the book will last almost a year. Well, who can be limited to two a week? Maybe I'm just getting better at doing these puzzles, but I got through the whole book in a couple or three months.
